I’ve really enjoyed building my cabin which was started at the start for Covid nonsense and which I finished and being enjoying for quite a long time now. These are the best of the photos that explain how it was made to remind me how I’d like to go about building another.
This time however I will be careful to do the drawings and get the engineering approval and then get the planning approval and my home builder certificate and then make a cup myself.
I’ve learnt a lot along the way and this time I’ll be able to do it quicker and better and who knows probably even cheaper.
I would put on a tin roof. I think it’s nice to hear the rain.
I would put in a simple stable door or a single door
I would have as much wall space as possible can.
I’d have a few strategic windows and port holes
