Catherine and the Emperor of the Banana Republic after a 5km Park Run (Roly Ran, Catherine walked explainin the sneakers) Roly did 30 minutes 30 seconds for 5 Km run in the Austalian heat, but has got to get it to to 29 or 28 minutes for 5 km. Lovely swim in the ocean and a very fun day with Catherine joining the Dictator during his musings and meandering.

Thankful for all the good things I enjoy up here on the Sunshine Coast.
